TS #9

On Feb. 7  I met with my tutee for 2 hours.  The topic was reading comprehension and vocabulary in preparation for the GRE reading comprehension.   First we discussed strategy.  The sample problems were all multiple choice.  She used a similar methodology as she has developed for the IELTS.  The vocabulary on this particular had words that are very low-frequency and difficult.  She got
50 % correct, but would have done a little better if she had not gone back and changed an answer.
