Michael TS#9

I met Renata on 2/10/20 in CIES for our tutoring session. During this session Renata and I reviewed her essay that she had written over the weekend about home technology. She wanted to go over her essay to see if she could improve any areas while also going over any grammar errors. I read the essay once until the end and it was quite good! We then went through each sentence, stopping when there was an error to think about how it could be fixed, or how a statement could be made more clear. I had Renata take turns reading sentences aloud to also go over her pronunciation and intonation when speaking. Overall, we mainly just went over some minor grammar mistakes, and some mistakes in sentence structure. Renata made some great changes to her essay and I learned about some new home technologies that she talked about in her essay!
