During the fourteenth session (continuing off of the thirteenth session) with Seokbin, I taught him about American music and culture during the 1980’s. We were able to discuss multiple groups or artists that were popular in Korea as well or at least he was aware of them. Examples of those groups are Guns N Roses, Queen, and Madonna. I was able to talk about myself a little bit more and relate my experience regarding music and my interest in Korea to Seokbin. We discussed his noninterest in english music because of his struggle with english. Seokbin enjoyed being able to learn more about American culture from a specific time period as well as compose questions regarding what I was telling him about.
