Today 2/10 I met with my regular tutee during the lunch hour. We worked on a revision of an essay she has written for one of her classes. It is about a topic that affects all of our daily lives: technology.
I helped her with organization of her paragraphs taking into consideration the teacher's comments and suggestions. I walked her through the vocabulary choices and helped her choose the words which best expressed her ideas. She was able to do some self-correction on word spelling and punctuation. I was there to help with pronunciation and spelling.
