Jessica: TS #2

During the second tutoring session (continuing off of the first session) with Seokbin, I had him take a small test to see where his skills were strongest and weakest. He breezed through the writing and reading sections and I felt that he excelled in them. During the grammar corrections on his written passage, Seokbin was able to point out ways that he could have fixed those mistakes and prevented them from happening. The main problem with his passage was the way that he structured it. It did not flow well but before I could mention it, Seokbin talked about how if he had more time, he felt that he could have made the passage flow in a much better way. Seokbin was able to justify all of his answers towards the reading comprehension questions. The only thing that he struggled with was the speaking section. At the end of the session, I asked him where he specifically wanted to focus on and he answered with speaking and listening skills.
