Ahmad and I met Sunday, 2/2/20 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. We discussed the differences in diet between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia, offered one another insight into the dynamics of our family lives, and touched upon our favorite and least favorite aspects of our home countries.
We met at Lake Ella. We spent half the time sitting on a bench and enjoying the view (people watching, taking in the fresh air, gazing out at the lake, etc.) and the other half of the time walking around the trail in lazy circles, in no particular hurry as we bounced from topic to topic.
