During the eleventh session, Seokbin and I focused on timed readings and listening. Seokbin asked to focus on this because he has trouble formulating an immediate conversation after receiving the information and connecting two different subjects. For the session, I chose to focus on an American classic, Mamma Mia! and its sequel Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. Seokbin had trouble understanding the accents of the characters and thus the listening took a long time to process with me having to say everything certain actors said (those with the heaviest accent) multiple times for him to understand. Seokbin was able to come up with at least one of each: difference, comparison, and a connection between the two.
